I started NOPAS here in Poole as a Locksmith business helping with lockouts, lock changes, uPVC and burglary repairs and smart locks, for homes and landlords.
I’m a qualified locksmith, I hold the NCFE Advanced Certificate in Locksmithing (Level 4). When you call, you get me or one of my own engineers, never an agency stranger turning up unsure of the price. How quickly can you get to me?+
I'm local, so it's usually 15 to 30 minutes across Poole, Bournemouth and the wider Dorset area. I'll give you an honest time when you call, not a made-up '5 minutes' just to win the job. If I'm tied up I'll tell you straight.
Do you charge a call-out fee?+
No call-out fee when the job goes ahead, and I mean it. I'll tell you the price before I touch anything, and you pay me when the work's done. No surprises on the doorstep.
Are you available 24/7?+
Yes. I'm on call 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and bank holidays. If it's the middle of the night I'll let you know the out-of-hours price before I set off, so you can decide.
Are you insured and checked?+

Can you open my door without breaking the lock?+
Most of the time, yes. I'll always try to get you back in without damage so your door and existing keys still work afterwards. If a lock has to be drilled I'll explain why before I do it.
